Myofascial Release
We will work through common areas of tension in the body using 2 tennis balls or myofascial release balls to self-massage. Great for athletes, people who sit at desks all day, anatomy nerds and people with bodies.
Required props: 2 myofascial release balls (or tennis or lacrosse balls)
Suggested props: blanket or towel, yoga block or foam roller

Flow
A blend of traditional asana from my years of teaching vinyasa yoga and practicing Iyengar, but may have some myofascial release or mindful muscle activation or some other surprises sprinkled in. I love to challenge and restore our bodies in ways that are both expected and unexpected – variety is the spice of life, especially when it comes to how we move.

Flow + MFR
This class is a hybrid of my two signature classes, Flow and Myofascial Release. Grab your balls and flow!
