Handstand Workshop

Join me in this 90 minute workshop to work on your handstand game. We will do strength and mobility drills and a little bit of flow to prepare and then lots of options to approach this fun + challenging pose, with options to make it safe and accessible for all levels. 

Suggested props: 2 blocks, a yoga strap and a bolster or pillow
